Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Nitrogen (N2) Safety and Quality Site Audit

Tomco₂ has developed a safety and audit program to assist with identifying CO₂ and N₂ safety, quality and efficiency concerns. This program works closely with the facilities' Maintenance and Quality Personnel to not only identify issues but assist with corrective measures.

The primary Safety & Quality issues addressed in our Audit are as follows:

• Carbon dioxide concentration level in all enclosed areas
• Carbon dioxide and nitrogen tank and component condition
• Access to carbon dioxide and nitrogen emergency shut-off valves
• Safety valves installed properly and in test date
• Pressure Ratings on pipe and components
• Carbon dioxide and nitrogen piping materials & components
  

Tomco₂ Visit to Your Facility

During the initial visit by Tomco₂ the following items will be performed by our technicians:

1)  Tomco₂ will perform a baseline carbon dioxide and nitrogen audit to identify the following:
     a)  Perform carbon dioxide and nitrogen system leak detection audit.
     b)  Identify any Quality and Safety concerns in the carbon dioxide and nitrogen systems.
     c)  Develop detailed carbon dioxide and nitrogen system drawings.
2)  Tomco₂ will submit a detailed audit report recommendations and system drawings.

Subsequent Tomco₂ Visits every 6 Months

1) Tomco₂ will perform a follow up audit of carbon dioxide and nitrogen systems Safety and Quality concerns.
2) Tomco₂ will perform a leak audit of the carbon dioxide and nitrogen systems.
3) A detailed report will be submitted.
